Kelsea is Head Coach and trainer. She has over 11 years' experience with helping individuals meet their goals. She started her fitness journey in the United States Marine Corps and continued it after discharging.
She specializes in HIIT training, Powerlifting, Zumba, Strength training and Endurance focused training
She also has over 5 years' experience in Nutrition
Wesley Singletary
Wesley is an assistant trainer. He has over 7 years' experience with motivating clients towards their goals.
Wesley specializes in HIIT Training, Strength and Conditioning Coaching and Boxing.
